Since founding Elegant Waterways twenty-two years ago, it has been the vision of the owners Earl & Candy Robertson and partner Spencer Hayes to build exquisite barges that feel like a luxurious home away from home. Our goal has always been to create intimate barge charters with elegant flare and a family atmosphere.
